Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred or relevant experience in lieu of education.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience required including experiences with Lean Principles and Techniques. Experience related to process engineering preferred. Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Process Engineer
JOB PURPOSE:
Develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals in accordance with the Future Frame vision and values. Assists the production team to meet safety, productivity, and quality objectives while working closely with Weinmann and Stromab equipment. Works closely with the design and production team to ensure seamless transmittal of engineering files for accuracy and aligns with manufacturing building standards. Ensure policies, standards, and regulations are followed to ensure an efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists the company in maintaining a successful safety culture by implementing and driving disciplined processes and systems that ensure the safety of all employees and contractors. This includes supporting established safety programs and standards, SOP’s, identifying and eliminating hazards, and enforcing all safety rules.
- Works closely with the design team in Ireland to ensure accuracy of engineering while continually improving the process.
- Works closely with the production team to identify potential flaws in machine and engineering drawings files, while striving towards “0” production downtime.
- Works closely with the maintenance department to ensure machine parameters, backups, and calibrations are set to proper intervals.
- In conjunction with the production team, carry out root cause analysis of all defects and non-conformance issues. Support the implementation of agreed corrective action.
- Adopts lean principles and techniques for devising and implementing international best practice manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources including: labor, energy, and raw materials.
- Collects and analyzes performance data (including Performance Management OEE) to ensure it operates at agreed engineering, product specification, and output standards.
- Recommends corrective action where equipment performs below standard and implements agreed corrective action.
- Acts as leader in promoting and mentoring a continuous improvement environment throughout the plant. Encourages
- contributions from all areas and ensures swift and timely response to their suggestions.
- Establishes and maintains rapport with manufacturing employees.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Estimators
We have a role for a dynamic hard working and ambitious individual who will be responsible for preparing bids and quotes for the residential housing market
Requirements
- Ability to prepare bids and quotes by accurately measuring materials and labour from, blueprints, customer specifications and requirements
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Working along with sales and management team
- Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Estimator Skills and Qualifications:
Analysing Information , Estimating, Planning, Reporting Research Results, Data Center Experience, Strategic Planning, Attention to Detail, Informing Others, - panellised wall and floor components and or roof and floor truss experience an advantage.
- Must be able to work to deadlines and achieve outcomes as set out by senior management.

General Operatives
Skilled and semi-skilled positions available for cutting and framing of components for wall panels, floor panels and roof trusses
Requirements
Candidates will ideally have experience in a similar role (although not essential as training will be given),
Must have basic knowledge of using hand tools and woodworking equipment,
Candidates must be fit, healthy and able for physical work.

- Understanding and knowledge of installing wall panels, floor panels and roof trusses
- Experience directing and using cranes for installing walls, floors and roof.
